Below are items to review which will assist you in producing documents for Marcia’s 341 meetings.

For information about pending document production on Marcia's cases, see Marcia's PDF Document production record.

This list contains our present notes for document production and other items outstanding on the cases after the 341 meeting of creditors was opened, and these are subject to change at any time as more items arrive to us. If there is a mark showing "^R", the item is received. If there is no such indication or partial indication, then the item is still outstanding. Trustee reviews matters approximately one month prior to the 341 meeting date, then approximately one week prior and then, if possible, just prior to the meeting. If you have questions about document production, please call your attorney first. If you call our office during the week prior to the meeting we will try to assist you. If you call prior to that time, we may not be able to help.

Attorneys should register for DOCLINK (see above “Document production handout”) and send documents that way. If you represent yourself or if, for any reason, DOCLINK does not work for a particular matter, then please send documents in PDF form by email to meoli7@hannpersinger.com. While we accept documents in other forms, your case will go better if you send electronic documents as soon as possible.
